Hi,

Simplest form of exercise in walking/brisk walking and jogging. Everyday minimum of 20 to 30 minutes of walking does miracles in losing weight. Simple ways such as using the stairs instead of lift, walking 20 minutes after lunch helps in losing weight along with adequate diet.
