Question : Patient had ng tube for sbo which became clogged PA d/c'd tube and is unable to reinsert the tube. What's next?

Insert it under xray guidance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Insert it under xray/fluoroscopy guidance.Other option is, it can be done with help of endoscopy.

Or last resort remains is putting it through skin into stomach, it is called gastrostomy tube placement.
