Question : a needle tip broke off deep into my upper right arm muscle and i can't remove it, i cant even feel it how do i get this removed or should i leave it there unless it starts causing problems?

Any foreign body should be removed. It can.cause severe infection.
Small metal needle tips are very difficult to remove.It might have gone to a certain distance inside making its removal difficult.I removed many foreign bodies under C ARM guidance.With C ARM machine, we can see the exact location of foreign body and it will guide the surgeon to remove it without damaging surrounding vital structures .
