HI

It is a procedure which can be learnt by demonstration . Doing it just by reading my advises may not be possible .

Still I will make an attempt to help you.

1. Wash your hands and open the pack .

2. Identify the Tip of catheter.

3. Hold the gel reservoir in your left hand and using your right hand bring the catheter tip near the opening of urethra.

4. Grasp the catheter tip by gel reservoir and and insert the tip until the base comes in contact with the urethral opening.
Try to keep the tip in place.
