Brief Answer: skin lightening cream Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query and photograph. These black spots are freckles. They can be removed by using skin lightening creams. You can try a combination of hydroquinone and tretinoin. Various creams like melalite xl, lookbrite etc are available. Use any of these.
