Brief Answer:
Get a xray done to locate them.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Get xray done of areas where metal fillings are suspected to be lodged.Once located doctor can get the removed , mostly with a forcep, particularly those which are superficial. If there are any deeper lodged filling then doctor might have to use local anesthesia to get it removed.

So first x ray would be needed to locate the filings and depending on that next steps can be undertaken. Also you might need antibiotic cover and tetanus shots, if not taken recently.

If you try self removal , you may get yourself infected and also may miss some deep seated fillings.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
