Question : can putting castor oil in nose help remove nasal polyps

Polyp is an abnormal growth of mucous membrane. Once it appears, can not be just vanished with medicines or other things. It does not work like that. The only way to get rid of polyp is to destroy polyp cells. To do that surgery is necessary.
So answering your question, please do not expect that Castor Oil will somehow make polyp smaller.
