Question : Small slightly raised dark spot on leg doesn't hurt just ugly how to get rid of it?
Also small lump under skin flesh color doesn't hour but when I push on it it feels a little tender

Ok it's not a mole.. But you did not answer the second part of question: I have a small pea size lump under the skin upper abdomen feels tender to touch.. What is this what to do?

After going through the whole discussion, you may send the picture of lesion at leg in the follow up query. As far as the tender lump at the abdomen, it could be inflamed lymph node that is mild infection. You may have a few days course of antibiotic like augmentin and ibuprofen under medical guidance.
