May be removed surgically under local anaesthesia
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
After going through your query, these dark spot medically known as moles, are removed easily by minor surgery under local anaesthesia, the same may be done for the other lesion. The tissue must be sent for diagnosis.
Hope this helps.
If you have further query I shall be glad to answer.
Take care

Needs physical examination to confirm
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's good to see you
After going through the whole discussion, you may send the picture of lesion at leg in the follow up query. As far as the tender lump at the abdomen, it could be inflamed lymph node that is mild infection. You may have a few days course of antibiotic like augmentin and ibuprofen under medical guidance. I hope this will subside.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
