Question : when I was taking bath in morning, water went inside my right ear and I feel I cannot hear at all from right ear. I cleaned using buds but no use what should I do.

can be wax.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,

When water enters the ear, the wax present inside the ear imbibes the water2A` and gets swollen producing blocked ears and hearing loss.

You should never try to clean it with buds because it only makes the problem worse. The wax becomes even more deeply impacted.

See an ENT in the morning and get it removed.
Till then do not meddle with the ear.
