Brief Answer:
You can get tested for HIV to be completely sure about your status.

Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx,

You had unprotected sex with the sex worker then the risk of getting the infection is there if the girl was HIV positive which she denied so be relaxed.

The joint and muscle pain is due to some other reason not related to HIV for which you can take some muscle relaxants and calcium tablet after the advice of your doctor so don't worry for that.

I will advice you to get tested for HIV to be 100% sure about your status with 4th generation test. It will give you the accurate result as 3 months has already passed after the exposure.

As your friend I will also advice you to stay away from unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV and other STDs. Be relaxed, don't get so scared and get tested with hope for the best.

Thank You
