How To Rule Out A Concussion After An Accident?

Question: Hello, I fell and hit my head on the concrete, I have been diagnosed with concussion. But before the diagnosis I had a couple of glasses of wine to calm down and ended up appearing very drunk..... Please can you tell me why?
