Brief Answer:
Insect bite, possible hypersensitivity reaction, cortisone cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
It is not looking like ringworm infection.

You can apply Cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve it.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
