Brief Answer:
Control biopsy, check for local symptoms, test for biological markers in bl

Detailed Answer:
hi and thanks for the query

I understand this can be very disturbing. a proper clinical review with a cold head could be most helpful now. lymph nodes in many areas of the body could suggest a cancer. but however, not all the time.

it is important to check fir local symptoms like cough abdominal pain and a proper medical history. this can be helpful to give an orientation of the cancer, in case the suspicion persists.it also helps to ask for markets in bloodfor certain cancers that can guide the diagnosis.

other conditions can also present with lymph nodes all over the body. lymph node tuberculosis can present as such. doing a lymph node biopsy and getting it analysed by two laboratories at times could be an important option to be surer with respect to what is going on.

I suggest a review by an internist. check for possible local source. testing for blood markers for probable cancer and doing a confirmatory lymph node biopsy.

it is important to know if you have been very ill lately,if you are so tired, I'll looking or experience pain or have a change in General outlook. in case your health condition has not deteriorated much lately, a cancer might not be so probable. I think it's too early to bither much.

thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health .
