Brief Answer:
Read below

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The symptoms of concussion depend on the scale of damage. If there are no major damages, only some small areas, there may be no marked changes at all only minor changes on MRI imaging (and no treatment is needed). If there is more serious injury with tearing of many nerve fibers, swelling, hemorrhage etc then symptoms may present and in some cases like some types of hemorrhages urgent intervention needed.

Symptoms which might signal such damage might be headache which is intense, or of an progressively increasing nature (some mild headache gradually subsiding is not alarming), motor deficits like weakness of the limbs on one side, sensation changes on one side, double vision or vision loss, confusion or changes in behavior, seizures. Such symptoms warrant immediate attention.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
