There are no specific equivalent doses of SSRIs.

Why do you want to switch to zoloft?
Are side-effects the reason or the drug has stopped working for you?

Ideally, if a drug has to be changed from one to another, cross-tapering of doses is done.
Dose of one drug is increased and other is decreased slowly.

The reason to change the drug is very important so please let me know that.
