Brief Answer:
Get an USG and Complete blood count done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.
If your girlfriend is pregnant then first thing to do is to confirm, if the pregnancy is intrauterine or outside the uterus or ectopic.
She should get a transvaginal ultrasound first to check for the same and a complete blood count to look for haemoglobin.
Following that medical abortion can be planned.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Location of the implanted embryo needs to be confirmed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
A urine pregnancy test just says that she is pregnant but where is the location of the implanted embryo in uterus needs to be confirmed first as the treatment for both are totally different. An ectopic pregnancy would need a surgical removal, but if pregnancy is intrauterine(inside uterus), then medical abortion can be initiated with medicines.
Abortions cannot be initiated unless there is a confirmation by ultrasound whether the pregnancy is inside the uterus or in the tubes, so an ultrasound is must.
Also haemoglobin level is of prime concern as there can be a lot of bleeding during abortion and she may become anaemic.
So you have to do it under medical supervision. please revert back with an ultrasound report for further advise.
