Question : hi doctor,

i have missed my periods for more than 8 weeks and i have conducted 3 pregnancy tests at home which gives positive report but i am not prepared for baby now hence wanted to know if i can get it abort?

I have read your query and understand your concern.
You can definitely go ahead and plan the abortion but you must not try anything on your own. Pregnancy can be aborted by medical means ( by use of medicines ) in your case.
Consult a doctor and then get it aborted under his / her care.
Doing abortion yourself can be very dangerous and full of complications.

Very frankly speaking no body on this forum would do this since we are not practically and physically assessing your condition and situation.
You have to consult a doctor in person and get the things done under his or her direct guidance after necessary investigations like ultrasound.
