Brief Answer:
Ultrasonography is the most practical tool

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I have gone through your query.

In fact, though a woman is born with the total quota of her life, all of them are in a very primordial phase and cannot be counted easily, neither is there any rationale in counting them. Majority of them are wasted.

Every month, some eggs are maturing and only one of them which is fully matured is discharged. This egg, if meets sperm, gets fertilized to become future foetus.

What you can do is get the ultrasonography done from 9th day of the cycle to know the maturation of the egg and egg release. Usually daily 5-6 days sitting will be required.

However, I do not understand the motive of such an exercise, XXXX. Even if today, your eggs are normal, we cannot guarantee neither can we diagnose easily the normalcy of the eggs in future. As it is the quality of eggs after the age of 32 years goes on deteriorating. So I feel you need not delay pregnancy if at all you want to have it in your life.

I hope, I have satisfied your query to the maximum possible extent. If you want any more information, I am always available for you, XXXX.
