Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Clitoral injury treatment depends upon the severity of injury.
If there is mild injury, the it should heal spontaneously without any treatment.
However, if there is extensive injury, then antibiotics should be given and lignocaine ointment should be given for pain relief.
