It looks like stains..

You need to get scaling and polishing done by a Dentist and it will help in removing yellowness..

Also learn a proper brushing technique from the Dentist and brush teeth twice daily that is in morning and at night..

Hi.
You can take half a lemon and put salt on it and rub gently on teeth.
Do it twice a week.

Baking soda can be used as gargles by dissolving in water.

But getting scaling done is a must.
