Thanks for posting the query,

What did you mean by small fever? Did you record it?
Please provide me your age and gender.
Since when are you having fever? Do you have any other symptoms associated with fever like chills? also cough, cold, head ache, pain abdomen, or burning while passing urine?
Have you taken any medicines?
Do you suffer from any other chronic illness?
If the fever is below 102 degree on thermometer with no other symptoms you can just rely tepid water sponging. If it is above 102 degree which is high grade then please visit a local doctor for evaluation.
