Question : Grade 1 prostatomegaly with significant post void residue? The ultrasound report also mentions
Right simple renal cortical cysts
Right renal calculus

Grade I prostatomegaly with significant post void residue can be treated with medicines like Terazosin(Alpha blocker) and Finasteride(5 alpha reductase inhibitor).
Please take these two drugs in combination and observe.
If there is significant improvement,surgery can be avoided.
