Brief Answer:
Use a mild topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you.

I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have Seborrheic dermatitis which on face commonly develops at sites like sides/ angles of the nares, glabella, eyebrows etc and manifests as redness, scaling and itching. The area may feel raw anf burn. Seborrheic dermatitis is a steroid responsive dermatosis, therefore, i suggest you to use a mild topical steroid cream e.g Cortisone cream (1% hydrocortisone cream), twice daily for a week. Cortisone cream is available OTC from a drug store.
