Question : A fried age 36 had Parotid swelling and surgery done , what are the chances of recurrence and same getting adverse or XXXXXXX be malignant , discharge summary attached

The procedure done is uneventful and no stone or stricture was found. They have dilated the duct opening that will help the salivary drainage.
There might be some inflammatory cause for the swelling.
There are no chance did malignancy as no growth was seen.
Recurrence cannot be ruled out.
Patient will recover soon.
