Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
This rash seems to be fungal infection.
It is itchy and uncomfortable and does not go on its own.
She will be needing oral and local antifungal agents like fluconazole and terbinafine to cure the infection.
I will suggest her to consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
It may take 7-10 days to settle down.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
