Question: Hi my daughter 18 mo old has a slightly raspy voice for 3 weeks now. She had a sore troath for 3days and tthen developed this voice. She started caughing last week mostly sleep time but caugh was phlegm one. This caugh is gone but her voice is stil bit raspy some days better some days worse
