Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. Since you have not mentioned the age of kids, kindly let me know about the same for dosage.

2. I usually advise my patient[s] or parents to take tulsi leaves in any of the below-mentioned forms:

i. tulsi tea: boil 5-6 leaves of tulsi along with ajowain powder in boiling water for 2 minutes, allow it to cool and strain and drink the tea [twice daily], preferably lukewarm.

ii. tulsi milk: boil tulsi leaves with cardamom in half liter water, thereafter add sugar [to taste] and milk and drink.

iii. tulsi juice [most effective]: take 10 -15 tulsi leaves, add little water and extract the juice and take in sips [every 2- 3 hours]

PS. make sure these are home remedies and not an alternative to medical advice.
