Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam, You need to msg me the exact contents what I believe you are talking about the 5 pills combination. The dosage is mifepristone 200 mg orally followed 1–3 days later by misoprostol 800 mcg (4 tablets of 200 mcg) vaginally that is One tablet of misoprostol is swallowed and then followed by vaginal placing of 4 tablets of MIFIPRISTONE,after 48 hours. MIFIPRISTONE can be up taken orally also. Mifepristone should be administered by or under the supervision of a gynaecologist .
