Brief Answer:
Fluoxetine

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX
Fluoxetine is an anti depressant (mainly ) but also used for panic disorder , bulimia nervosa, OCD.
Now you want to stop it , your age is 81 years and you are using this drug from many years , so take care.
Initially 20 mg daily , may decrease by 10 mg on day ONE and 20 mg on day TWO .
Since you are elderly patient so please mention this dose on a chart .
After 4-5 weeks take 10 mg / day for another 4 weeks .
Thereafter 10 mg on ALTERNATE day for 8 weeks ( 2 months ) .
Than twice in a week , once in a week and stop after 6 months .
This is a prolong period but due to old age and after many years of use ,this prolong period is necessary for safety profile.
Lorazepam is used as for anxiety ,but this also causes drug dependence ,but you should not use antivan for this purpose .
I have answered your question . Further any question I will reply in follow up.
Good luck.
