Brief Answer:
Probably a muscle strain, follow the advice below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
The pain in the calf can be related to many medical conditions.
It is commonly related to muscle spasms in the calf.
It can also be related to blood clots.
To detect blood clots you should do an ultrasound of the leg and a complete blood count.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
Warm compresses can also be helpful. If you are taking any supplements please let me know.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards!
