Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your mother has diabetes, iron deficiency anemia, possible liver and/or gall bladder disorder (could be stone) as well as borderline Vitamin D deficiency.
There are also raised inflammatory makers as CRP and ESR are raised, suggesting some infection. This could be due to infection from surgery or could be fun the abdomen liver or gall bladder.
She needs to be treated for anemia with iron supplements.
She needs Vitamin D and Calcium supplements.
She needs ultrasound scan of abdomen to look for liver or gall bladder problems.
Also close watch of the knee operation sites to rule out infection.
I hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Could you please give input on this.
as per your experience after Knee replacement Surgery elevated levels in ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE(Related to Liver) and HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (HS-CRP) ,LIPOPROTEIN (A) [LP(A)] are common due to surgery Stress and medications given post surgery?.
Or we need to to take immediate attention or wait till 2 moths post surgery and repeat the test once again to take appropriate action if same results are shown.
whether ultrasound scan of abdomen to look for liver or gall bladder problem is recommended at this point of time or wait till 2 months and do the test based upon the results?
Not urgent
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There doesn't appear to be anything urgent. You can get the ultrasound scan once she is better.
Yes, CRP can be elevated after surgery but she's to be monitored. Even any infection anywhere else in the body can cause this. Alkaline phosphatase elevated usually in gallbladder problems.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Please let me know if anything needs to be checked
Anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm glad to see that the reports are within normal range.
Usually after surgery there may be stress. If she seems well oriented and responding to commands and conversation normally, then nothing to worry.
You can give Tab. Anxit 0.5mg at night for a few days for the stress and anxiety to reduce so that she can sleep normally.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Could you please let me know if this should be taken during Night or Morning with or without food?.
Also wanted to check if Tab TRAMADOL and Tab pregaba-nt 75 mg would cause any Sleep Disturbance do we have alternative medicines for this which does not cause any Sleep disturbance. ?
Alternative not required right now
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Tablet Anxit us to be taken once at night after food.
Pregaba and Tramadol are known to cause drowsiness so definitely does to prevent sleep from happening.
her main concern is anxiety associated with the surgery which is a new stress for her. Hence, Anxit being an anti-anxiety drug will help her.
Hope I have answered your query.
