Hello,
There are some non specific STT changes with some ventricular conduction defects.
Now as the patient is diabetic which is a major risk factor for coronary artery disease so coupled along with this ecg it become advisable to evaluate further by doing and echocardiogram.
If that comes normal a stress test is advisable.
