Question: I FEEL MY NASAL BLOCKAGE FROM VERY LONG TIME CAN SAY YEARS WHEN THERE ARE SEASONAL CHANGES OR WINTERS SOME TIMES I FEEL PRESSURE IN EARS AND IT GETS BETTER ON ITS OWN WHILE EATING KNOW A DAYS I FEEL PHELGAM IS STUCK IN MY NOSE BUT WHEN I TRY TO SPIT IT OUT IT DOSENT COME OUT FOR THAT I FEEL VERY ITCHY THROAT PLEASE SUGGEST I AM ATTACHING MY THROAT IMAGES

Start fluticasone nasal spray and saline nasal spray which will decrease the allergic phlegm and will decrease the inflammation of the nose. Take steam inhalation through nose.
