Question : I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH TENDON PAIN, BURSITIS IN BOTH HIPS, RIGHT SHOULDER, NOW FEELING IT IN MY KNEES, FEET AND ITS AS THOUGH I FEEL SOMEWHAT SWOLLEN. THE TIREDNESS IS RIDICULOUS. IT SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE OR SHOULD I SAY SPREADING THROUGHOUT MY LIMBS/EXTREMETIES. I KNOW SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT AND ITS AFFECTING MY DAY TO DAY LIFE.
ANY THOUGHTS?? I ALSO FEEL DEEP MUSCLE OR TENDON PAIN, NOT SURE WHICH IT IS. IT IS IN MY UPPER INNER LEFT THIGH THANK YOU SO MUCH

Bursitis in the joints like hip and shoulder can cause a muscle pain in the limbs due to the restricted and painful joint movements. This can be related to a generalized viral infection or low levels of vitamin D3 also.
You can get your levels checked and start with mild pain killers and a healthy diet to help with this problem. In case the symptoms are persistent then do consult your physician for a detailed evaluation.
