Question : I Have severe itching at the base of my skull that sometimes turns to pain. It wakes me in the middle of the night. I have no rash or other symptoms. This has gone on intermittently for over two weeks.

Are you taking any medicines?

Meanwhile take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will take care of your itching.

The only meds I take are listed but none for the itching. I also have been experiencing occasional very sudden severe fatigue attacks that don't last very long. (A couple of hours) I do have some anxiety but wouldn't have related it to these symptoms. I really appreciate your wisdom and help. Thank you!
