First of all I would like to congratulate you, Yes new born babies usually keep their head to one side because they don’t have neck holding in the early days of life.

Yes it’s good to turn their head at regular intervals gently as that will avoid distortion of shape of head. Horse shoe pillow will help.

I Was blessed with a baby boy about 12 days back. whole he sleep, he turns how face to right most of the times and sleep. is it fine?

we at times try to turn the head to other side. He is fine with that too.
