Question : I accidentally took 2 pills of 25 mg of metropolol at the same time. Should I be concerned?

Dear Madam. If you dont have any symptoms than there is no need for specific steps.
This is not harmful since this is low dose of drug.
You may skip the next dose and than continue as usual.
Measure your blood pressure to be sure it is not too low.
However, If symptoms such as chest pain, dyspnea or low blood pressure (<90mm) occur, then you should see doctor.
