Question : Hi, I accidently ate a thin plastic casing on a plant-based sausage. I did not realize it was plastic but normally sausage casing. What should I do?

Accidentally ate thin plastic casting on a plant-based sausage there is no harm for the first or accidentally eating plastic. Because it is thin soft plastic it should not have the chance of esophagus blockage. Your body will allow the plastic to leave from your system after a day since it's small and your body tries to get rid of anything that can’t be dissolved or used effectively. So you do not need to do anything to get it rid of your stomach.

But it does not mean that constantly eating plastic is safe for you because there are chemicals in the plastic that can cause you to harm if you constantly eat it. Be aware of what you are eating and stop immediately if you accidentally eat plastic.
