Question : I always get the weather change fever and cold 24/7 and i want the proper remedy for this. suddenly i feel weakness

Hello,
It looks like allergic rhinitis.
You can take *tab. Montek LC 10mg* for one week.
You can also take *fluticasone nasal spray* and puff it to both nostrils(1 puff into each nostril) and you can slowly reduce it to once a day followed by alternate days and stop in gradually
