Question : From past 2 weeks, I randomly start sneezing multiple times and later my temp increases and weakness too.. Last week i visited a doctor, have attached the medicines in the below section. (also, this seems to happens only when iam in XXXXXXX . though i have lived here, my entire life.. i don't know what is wrong now.)
I always have a running nose here and this time accompanied with fever and weakness.

It looks like you are having allergic rhinitis. Nasal spray is best for thos condition. You can use fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs into each nostril for 1 week and then slowly taper it down to once a day for 1 week and then alternate day for 1 week and then just twic eor once a week and then stop.

You can take multivitamins to strwngthen your immunity. Take tab. Becadexamin once a day for 1 month.
