I Always Have And In Oct Did Traponin Test All Normal Blood Pressure Oxygen Normal Ans Heart Rate 89 Slight Anxious

Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I understand your concern and would explain that this location of the pain is typical of costochondritis.
From the other hand, your recent performed cardiac tests are really reassuring that nothing serious is going on.
As a cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, considering the description of the pain and your recent performed cardiac tests. The trace mvp and non specific Twave abnormality are not related to your symptoms.
For this reason, I don't think that further cardiac tests are needed.
I would just recommend taking Tylenol for the pain and using warm local pads in this region.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

Thank you I do have one more question my cardiologist told me at times I have adrinaline dumps but are not dangerous I do have a question
I was sleeping and I came out of sleep as I was dreaming ans stretching my heart rate was beating fast is this dangerous
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear Thereasa,
These heart rate fluctuations are quite normal during sleep and they are not dangerous.
You should know that during a certain phase of the sleep (REM sleep), our heart rate and breathing increases as we were doing physical activity, although we are sleeping. This occurs during nightmares too.
But, there is nothing serious going on!
Even when we are anxious and hour heart rate and blood pressure jump, it is considered a normal physiological reaction of your body and it is not harmful!
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Based on your description, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.
Your vital parameters are quite normal.
In my opinion this is costochondritis or fibromyalgia, so just a musculoskeletal pain.
A wrong posture may also trigger this pain. For this reason light regular physical activity is helpful.
I recommend avoiding straining physical activity and taking Tylenol when pain occurs. I would not recommend performing further cardiac tests as I am sure that they will result normal.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Iliri
p.s: sorry for the delay, but a busy night shift!
