Question : I am 11 weeks pregnant and I am having bleeding when I go to the bathroom and cramping in my lower abdomen and it’s been going on since yesterday around noon. Should I see someone?

I understand your concern.

The bleeding and the cramps can be related to some medical conditions.

If the bleeding is heavy you should see a gynecologist to exclude the possibility of a miscarriage.

I also suggest to do an ultrasound to exclude an ectopic pregnancy.

Other possible causes can be related to cervical changes which are benign and not a matter of concern.
