Question: I am 21. I have been having kaleidoscope vision, ocular migraines and frequently feel ultra aware of my eye movements. I rarely drink, I don't take any narcotics; I only take folic acid. I am anemic and a couple mental illnesses. but none of it explains why I have been typing words backwards or why I've been saying words backwards. I'm having headaches daily and often. Please help me.

Brief Answer:
Probably orbital migraine, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to ocular migraine.

This medical condition is characterised by kaleidoscopic vision due to changes of blood flow in the retina.

There are some medications that can be used.

I would recommend Propanolol which is a medication to regulate the blood flow in the eye vessels.

This is a prescription medication, do you should consult your doctor for the prescription.

Another medication that can be used is Topamax, which is also a prescription medication.

I suggest to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
