Question : I am 28 years old and am having trouble getting fully hard. I can get semi hard. It started almost a week ago and hasn't improved. I have never had any issues with getting erections. I have been sick the past few days with a fever, body aches, chills, weakness but didn't think that would effect it. This issue also started before I was sick. I did buy a product that has amino acids and horny goat weed in it that gives you better erections because I was having sexual anxiety with a new girlfriend and it definitely worked. I had very strong erections but maybe had negative side effects? I was taking this product for 2 weeks before this issue. I have never had any issues while masturbating so thats what worries me. What can I do to solve this issue.

Sexual health is intimately connected with your physical health and poor physical health, irrespective of cause, definitely affects your sexual health.

The sexual symptoms probably appeared earlier as it takes some time to appear physical symptoms but for sexual functioning we need perfect systems.

In my opinion waiting for recovery from physical illness is best thing that you can do. Sudden onset of erection problem almost always arises from some organic problems and I feel this time it is your sickness.
