Question : I am 28 years old and think that I am having Erectile dysfunctional issues. When I start doing sex, within few seconds, my Penis starts getting really soft (like when I am putting some effort). My be the blood doesn't flow properly at that moment. Sometimes, I do not have morning erectile which I heard is not a good sign. I would say its not any mental issue like its not linked with my thoughts or something and is actually a problem.

If there is a problem in having early morning erections, this could be a pointer towards organic cause of erectile dysfunction. It can however be confirmed via penile Doppler study.

Do you have any medical issues like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorder, heart condition?
Are you taking any medications?
Have you consulted any local doctor in your area?

No, I do not have any of these problems and I do not take any medications.what does it mean when you say "organic cause". How can we confirm this and whats the possible way out?

By 'organic cause' I mean that there could be some problem in the blood flow of penile blood vessels which can affect erection. This is usually confirmed by a test called Penile Doppler study.

The treatment will depend on the report findings.

You can approach a radiologist for this test.

Is it a serious issue? Like, i am kinda worried about it.
