Does not look like heart pain but still should be evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Cardiac pain is typically non localised that means you can not pin point it. Cardiac pain is exertional that means it increases on exertion or exercise and decrease on rest.
As you have a shoulder pain if the pain increase on the movement of shoulder i.e. on rotating it, than the pain is non cardiac.
So that defines cardiac vs non cardiac pains.
The risk factors for having a heart disease are Diabetes, high bp, abnormal cholesterol levels, a family history of heart disease in family and smoking, which you don't have. So your chance of getting a heart disease are very low.
But these days stress also plays a very important role in heart diseases.
So every individual with similar pain should be evaluated.
I will recommend you to atleast do a Tread Mill Test (TMT) to rule the heart disease.
If that comes negative, than their is nothing to worry.
No medicine needed currently.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks and take care
