Question : I am 3 months pregnant,I have recently got black spots on my chin and upper lip.
I have been taking progesterone tablets,folic acid from 2 months. what could be the reason
I have no other medical conditions

Perhaps you have Melasma. It presents as XXXXXXX to brown patches on sun exposed prominences of facial skin like cheeks, nose, upper lip and chin. Pregnancy is a common time when females may develop melasma due to hormonal changes.
