Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.

From your blood tests, it is obvious that you are experiencing gestational diabetes. However, as you are already in the last trimester of your pregnancy, you can monitor your health easily.

The baby is usually not affected and remains healthy. You need to make changes in your lifestyle to make sure you are managing your blood sugar levels well.

1. Please check your blood sugar levels thrice a day.

2. Check for ketones in the urine.

3. Eat a healthy diet.

4. Exercise regularly.

Hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Shanti.V.
