Question: I am 32 years of age married for the last 5 years with no issue. I have been diagnosed with hypogonadism. There is no pituitary tumour as per MRI, but LH and FSH level is 2 only with testosterone level as 12 and prolactin 32. No sex drive no urge for wife or any woman. Very low libido. I am under psychiatric drug treatment for my anxiety and stress. No doctor is prescribing any medicine though the problem is persisting since 2010 and gradually increasing. My wife became pregnant 6 months ago but it was ectopic pregnancy and as such her fallopian tube was surgically removed.

Brief Answer:
Drug effect or idiopathic

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hi! sorry to hear about your pain. Now as per the history, the probable diagnosis is
1. Drug induced hyperprolactinemia. most antipsychotics are known to cause. hyperprolactinemia can cause decreased libido and infertility.
2. second is empty sella, where PITUITARY is losing itself for some autoimmune condition
3. third is idiopathic where we have no reason
treatment is challenging in all three. priority would be to somehow take off or taper anti psychotic medicines. review after 6 to 8 weeks and then take a call.
regards!
