watch for hyperthyroidism symptoms...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, TSH level 1 is normal, but it's on lower side as usual TSH normal range is 0.4 to 4. It may varies slightly as per laboratory reference value.
I would suggest you to watch for hyperthyroidism symptoms decreased sleep, rapid heart beats/ palpitations, irritability, fatigue. In that case you may require dosage adjustment after consultation. You can take tablet neurobion forte as multivitamin after consultation.
Hope I have answered your query.

No need to increase dose. Require dosage adjustment after consultation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As per your history, there is no need to increase the dose as TSH level 1 is absolutely within normal limit. If possible, kindly attach thyroid profile reports.
As you are feeling fatigue, then the dose should be reduced after detailed clinical examination and physician consultation and review after 3 months.
